All Delenda Corporation products, research, semiconductor architectures, FPGA implementations, integrated circuit designs, firmware, embedded software, drone platforms, development tools, documentation, and future technologies are proprietary intellectual property owned by Delenda Corporation unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Developing derivative designs, reproducing proprietary architectures, reverse engineering confidential systems, or creating technical work based upon non-public Delenda technology is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Unsolicited technical work built around Delenda technologies does not constitute a work product the company can receive, evaluate, compensate, or integrate into its products.

Independent engineering based entirely on your own original concepts is different. If you believe your work aligns with Delenda's mission, we encourage you to contact us before beginning any collaborative effort, not after it has already been completed.

Technical Information Is Shared Responsibly.

Many of our engineering discussions involve confidential or proprietary information relating to semiconductor architecture, embedded firmware, FPGA logic, software systems, cybersecurity, manufacturing processes, and future product development.

Delenda Corporation does not publicly disclose:

• Non-public product specifications
• Internal hardware architectures
• FPGA source projects
• RTL or HDL code
• Silicon layouts
• Firmware source code
• Manufacturing partners
• Customer information
• Internal documentation
• Product roadmaps
• Security architecture

Access to confidential technical information is provided only when appropriate business relationships and confidentiality requirements have been established.

The existence of a conversation does not imply permission to access confidential information.

International Collaboration May Be Limited.

Certain Delenda Corporation technologies may be subject to United States export regulations, international trade restrictions, or other applicable laws depending on the nature of the technology and the destination country.

Collaborations involving advanced semiconductors, embedded security, encryption technologies, autonomous systems, aerospace electronics, or specialized hardware may require additional legal review before technical information can be shared.

The scope of any collaboration is determined by applicable law before engineering discussions begin.

Compliance requirements are not optional and cannot be waived through private agreement.

Delenda Corporation supports open standards and values the open-source community.

Where appropriate, we may contribute to or build upon open-source software and publicly available technologies while complying with their respective licenses.

Unless explicitly identified as open source, Delenda's products, including hardware designs, FPGA implementations, firmware, software, documentation, development tools, and semiconductor architectures, remain proprietary.

Any open-source software included within our products will be distributed in accordance with its applicable license.

Security Is a Shared Responsibility.

Protecting Delenda Corporation's infrastructure, intellectual property, customers, and products is fundamental to our mission.

Unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering of confidential systems, data extraction, credential harvesting, or attacks against Delenda infrastructure are prohibited.

If you discover a legitimate security vulnerability affecting one of our products or services, we encourage responsible disclosure through our official contact channels.

We appreciate good-faith security research and will review legitimate reports in accordance with our internal security procedures.
